I have OS 5.0.0.592 and had the same problem with latest version - sometimes hapenned that I was not able to stream videos if I had weak data - sometimes it depends on it, but if you have Wifi and cannot stream - that can be problem with your OS. Try to reinstall it and without restoring play something keep us in the loop
