Default Curve only show sandglass for 10 hours ,hard reset not work:?

I just installed eoffice 4.1 today ,after load ,then curve will reboot , normally take about 10 minutes ,but this time 60 minutes over ,not work .Here are those way I tried to solve ,nothing works
1) soft reset--- not work
2) hard reset --take battery out , wait 5 minutes ,put back ,not work
3) try install os 4.2 into desktop manager ,then install back BB, can't load JVM when connect to machine , device manager can find BB in usb port though
4) try "javaloader ,JL_cmder " wipe , I wipe serveral times before for mine and my friends BB, all work fine . Not this time , showing "can't find port "
5) go to my computer ,power management , uncheck all those power save for all usb root hub . restart computer ,not work
6) try install all OS ,handheld code in another 2 computer , not work either.
7) try take battery out ,only connect with USB cable , not work
8) try Restore my backup file to BB ,not work

But the screen light will goes off when I put it back Holster , when I do soft reset , it works that process ,but come back with movig sandglass

Did anybody know how to do master reset ? Mines carrier is Rogers Canada .

Please give some idea. thanks all
