The BlackBerry crowd is very loyal and very loud. It is also a shrinking number of customers. Spring saw something similar when they punted on the Z10 (good move) and waited for all of the pent up demand for a keyboard based Q10 - which didn't sell well either.

T-Mobile knew what they were doing. They may have handled it poorly, but they proved a point - 94% traded to another brand. Not great news for BBRY.

But I am sure it will be spun.
