Hi folks, hope you can help with this. We bought a blackberry bold 9900 for our daughter to replace her curve 9300, but are having trouble importing her BBM contacts from the curve 9300. So far i have tried the device backup with the desktop manager, this has copied everything over apart from the BBM contacts. I have also tried to backup the contacts on the curve 9300 but their does not seem to be an option to do this on that phone. I should also mention that we have changed network provider from virgin to t-mobile. Any ideas or help are greatly appreciated - thanks.
