I recently bought the BB Curve 3G. This is my first smartphone and my first BB so I am so lost on a lot details but I am (between my full time job-family-children, LIFE ect) learning by reading posts. I love the graph above, so fitting.

I managed to set up my windows live email for work but I am confused about push email and email and roaming and mobile data and whatever the heck the other data is. I will say that my carrier made it more confusing than buying my first house and car combined.
He told me that I would not be able to get my work email (I work at a University) so I think he did not know as much as he tried to or wanted to. I think this carrier is giving information on the sell sell sell aspect to older people (say over age 30) the BB 9300 Curve because we are not smart phone wizards and we want more for our money and chose to not choose the extras like than seeing lady G exploding boobs on youtube. I like the phone so far, I just and not used to anything about it. I sort of miss my old phone(La Crapomatic) because it had a pedometer and I work in the health field and use it. I have looked at the apps and have not found a free step counter. Right now I am trying to download Windows Live Messenger and it is taking forever via HOTSPOT so I don't know where to troubleshoot first.
