Hi,
I am new to BB , I bought BB 9780 yesterday. I am aware of wireless technologies & concepts.

1.) My home wireless is configured on WPA2 security
2.) I switched on the wifi on BB and tryied to connect , it detected the wireless network and after supplying key, it connected to wireless network.
3.) When I check Wifi-Diagnostics (Setup Wifi -> Options ->Troubleshoot -> Wifi Diagnostics) it shows
SSID, AP MAC address, security type but local ip is BLANK and status
4.) I configured manually too, supplying the ip,subnet,dns,gateway manually. It still doesnt work.

Any help?
How can I look at logs to understand the problem.
