I went through the same problem a month back.......u have 2 try app loader as mentioned above to remove any new apps that have caused a bb 2 crash.
BUT in ur case( just like mine) it was the user's mistake so now the only thing u can do is
reinstall ur OS USING APPLOADER, Because most probably ur bb won't show as connected in Desktop manager. If u need any further assistance post a reply here.
