I have a Blackberry Bold 9650 that the trackpad has become unresponsive. I am in need to conducting a hard reset to completely wipe the device back to factory settings. But, due to the unresponsive trackpad, I am unable to get to Options>Security>Handheld Wipe
Would someone please provide an alternative so that I may wipe this device of all its information and settings?
