So what that people are curious about the lawsuit, and possible interuption to service? It's a legit question. If it's really that annoying - bookmark one of the articles that talk about the issue and offer to email a link to the person asking.
There are more important things to be annoyed about (like people who constantly reply with RTFM, or "Do a search" on this site... Now THAT'S annoying.) Frankly, 90% of the questions asked, are in the manuals, have already been asked, or consolidated in FAQs.
