Cool beans on the new Curve. I would find out what your company policy is on porting your number over to their account. Our policy is the employee loses ownership of the number and if/when they leave the company (voluntary or otherwise) they cannot get the number returned to them.
The answer to this (and if you care or not) will affect the other 2 questions.....
