Complete with original box and all accessories. It has been upgraded to 4.0 software and is SIM unlocked. The unit is around 10 months old but only used for about 6 before I purchased the 7100t. I have decided to stay with the 7100t and no longer have a need for the 7230. It is in excellent condition with only the minor burnishes where the holster rubs the screen silver frame.
