I was wondering if anyone can tell me how I can find out the data usage for my users. I've looked at the BB stats reports posted in the forums (very good BTW), and they have all the information I want except the data usage. I'd like to be able to see if I can drop any users down from an unlimited data plan to a 5 or 10mb plan to save some money.

Should be provided by your carrier, nothing I've seen on the BES side that would give data figures.

At&t provides us a monthly cd.

thanks for responding, I do see the usage on my monthly statement, but I'd like to see something thats real time.

When I took the BES admin training the instructor said there is a tool you can download from RIM that would show you this information but I can't seem to locate what they where talking about.
