Hi All
Need help - just got my phone, and i also installed the BB Desktop Manager.
I tried to update my phone but end up got error message as below;
"A fatal error has occured while updating your device's software. Please try again"
Anyone experience this before, pls help.....sigh.
Cannot update blackberry storm.
