when I connect my BB9780 to my PC the PC used t recognise the phone as a device and I could copy pictures etc across.
Now it just goes into sleep mode and does not as if I want to use USB connection.
The phone does however sync with BB desktop software.
The phone also just lost all ringtones and pictures since yesterday??
Please can someone help
software version 6.0.0.294 BB desktop version 6.0.0.40
