Hello All,

When I try to send any email from my synced email in BB9810 torch, that goes as a junk to the receiver.
By junk, i mean not in junk folder, but the entire content is lost, some kind of crappy code is sent as sentmail.
I cannot email anybody through my BB9810.
Can anybody please help me.

You did not indicate the type of service you have so my guess is the message encoding is wrong. Some base 64 encoding cannot be read and is seen as junk. Options on the email service or PC your using should be checked. Also more detail on what your using and the service type may help someone else offer info.

You can try resending the service books just in case the cause is corruption there.

Did you load any third party apps before this started or has it been from the beginning?
