Default problem with desktop manager

Please Login to Remove!

so my 8320..i tried loading themes which went fine..then it tried connecting to desktop and it wont. I turned the phone off even and still same problems...even when I disconnect the USB it still is trying. I think I might be done for..but can anyone help me??I need to load music on to my phone and make sure this phone connects to the computer through USB..please help if possible?thank you

Try to uninstall and reinstall the DM. That usually does the trick

its my phone that is saying 'connecting to desktop' though..not hte desktop manager..

Try a battery pull and let the BB restart. Then try it again.

Just because the BB is saying connecting to the desktop does not mean the problem is on the BB. It is trying to connect and cannot- the problem could be DM (if I understand you correctly)- listen to the suggestion that dankarlinski gave you and reinstall the DM.

reinstall it using the cd ??or the tmobile update thing?and do i go through programs and uninstal it??

Uninstall thru windows(control panel>add remove programs) then reinstall the same way you originally did or whatever way you choose- there just may have been a glitch in the install.

You are not trying what has been suggested.

Pull the battery for a restart.

Then follow the DM instructions if the battery pull does not work.
