My boss gave me his old pearl that he lost, then found after buying a new phone. Anyway, it's FULL of his info, it's all setup for his email and everything and i have a buttload of his email on the phone. Is there a way to reset everything?

Also he didn't give me a cd or anything, but is there any software that i can download so i can browse the phone and delete/add stuff?

Welcome to the forums.

You can go into Options (icon) -> Security Options -> General Options, then click the Menu key (with the dots) and click Wipe Handheld. That will remove all data, but leave applications intact.

Have you contacted T-Mobile and added a Blackberry data plan yet?

good ideas.....
but i learned it hard way.........i entered the password and forgot when i was connecting to DM it gave me 10 chances to remember the password....every single time i entered it wrong and end up wipeing all the info. of the phone....
