My brand new BlackBerry has a scratch on the screen. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? My cell phone provider basically told me there is nothing I can do about it aside from buying a brand new phone. I think it is just on the outside plastic cover because if I hold it level I can see it doesn't go down any further. Can you buy new plastic screen covers?

Brand new have a damage when you bought it or you accidentally damaged it?

If former you should be able to exchange the phone.

It was my fault...dropped it and then the dog stepped on it, scratching the screen.
