Help!

After 8 years with Palm I just made the switch and I'm having problems installing desktop software.

i'm getting "Error 2738. Could not access VBSCript run time for custom action.

I've tried 5 different versions of the software. I've used 2 disks and blackberry.com I can get it to install on wifes laptop, but all my data is on my pc.
