I have my blackberry 8820 but when i delete something off of my BB i want it to delete it off of my email account. I can not find what setting i am missing. I would love for it to work both ways when i delete it off of email it leaves my blackberry too but i dont think its possible to set it to do that is it???

Go into messages -> options -> Email reconciliaton and change delete on to Handheld & Mailbox, or prompt.
