I am trying to set up the profiles so that, regardless of what profile it is set to, I get NO notification of e-mail from a specific sender. Is there a way to do this?

Certainly.

Set your "messages" or email notifications all to MUTE, both IN and OUT of the holster settings. Do that in all profiles especially normal and loud.

Thanks for your response. It seems as what you are recommending will silence ALL incoming messages whereas I am looking to silence only a message from a specific sender (using the exceptions I am assuming) on one e-mail box.

That is one nifty piece of information, JSanders....Thanks! I'll be getting to work right now on this. Is it BAD that they are family members that I need to set "quiet" exceptions for? hahah Cheers!
