Unhappy Call logs and BB Mesenger questions

Please Login to Remove!

My phone no longer keeps a call log. It says I have a missed call, I click view or dismiss and nothing appears! In the message list if I click view folders and go to call logs nothing shows.
On the BB Messenger, I cannot read the messages I am sent. I get the notification and if I click it what appears is what I wrote. If I click on the name of the person the same thing happens. Sometimes if I click end conversation I can read what the other person wrote. In the message list I can read the first word of the message (or whatever fits in the space).

Both things used to work fine, and I am not sure why it doesn't now... very frustrated.
Can someone help me?

Your device is probably out of memory.
Check Options > Status > File Free.

If it's low, say under 10MB, you might want to pull the battery out and then put it back in to reset your device.

Smile Also

Also you might want to try deleting anything you don't use in your BlackBerry Smartphone. Things like photos, messages, emails stuff like that can also take up memory that you might not have to. You can also change your settings in your messages and calendar to auto delete after X amount of days. Another thing you can do is to go to Settings>Options>Advanced Options>Applications and then delete any applications you don't use. An example could be BlackBerry Sample Video. There are lots of things you can do to open up memory on your phone. Check out this link on the BlackBerry support website:

Hope this helps :D
