Blackberry synchronization after mailbox migration

Hi,
There's some mailbox consolidation activity happening recently at my workplace.
The next day after the activity, there were several users experiencing error message " “Desktop email program unable to store message” when they were trying to send/receive emails.
The issue was resolved after the blackberry synchronization service restarted.
To add on, there's no restart on service/server after the activity. According to the support, it is not necessary for any restart after the migration.
