just installed BBAlerts

This is a link supplied by the developers who admitted some UI issues to still sort but should work OK.
Anyway I have installed on my storm and it does show a coloured LED for a minute or so but no alert every minute as requested. Got it on profile and set that up OK so I'm pretty sure I'm good to go but alas no alert.
I noticed on a thread that a member suggested that it had to be set to "compatibility mode" can't see this, what does that mean and could it be why mines not working.
Any other tips would be appreciated.

Im also having issues with bb alerts for my storm.I can get the diffent color light blinking for mikssed calls--email--text--but it wont work for voice mail--when i get a voice mail it blinks the color i got assigned for idle alert--and if i disable idle alert and get a voice mail the blinking lights will stopp alltogether and i have no light at all? If anybody has got to work correctly on there storm i could sure use some help
