I just got a new BB Storm but now my Redirector will no longer sync the device with my Outlook. I connected the device to the computer using the USB cable and ran the Desktop Manager Sync when I got the new device. Now when I try to sync wirelessly, nothing happens. I see the new PIN in the Redirector but there is no action on the syncing. Is there something else I need to do to get this to work?

What are you trying to synch wirelessly? The only thing you get with redirector is email. You must cable synch for contacts and calendar. Can you re-state your question perhaps?

I am trying to sync email, contacts and calendar. It was working fine with my old device.
