Hey Guys

Just wondering what the process is to set up my Blackberry so when i delete emails on it and then connected it to my computer, it will delete the messages ive already deleted of my Outlook on my PC. I have no ideas and any help would be appreciated.

Open the Messages application on the BlackBerry. Select Options from the menu, followed by Email Reconciliation. Set the "Delete On:" parameter to either "Prompt" or "Mailbox & Handheld" -- it's your preference as to whether you want to be prompted every time.

Shanks, If you are on BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) you can't do that. You can delete as described above from your email server, but not from your Outlook. There is no delete reconcile with Outlook on BIS, either wireless or via USB.

Yup -- you must be on BES if you want full reconciliation.

Everyone made some good points. Even with POP for example, you would in theory be able to remove messages from outlook, and with a few settings, be able to have that reflect the deletion of messages on the BlackBerry. It does not always work and takes a bit of testing to get going.

There is still only 1 way reconciliation for most accounts. Two way is not supported on 90% of email integrations through a BIS, especially your scenario.

Default Outlook 2003/Microsoft Exchange 2003

I am clueless and trying to resolve a BIG problem. I have some tech knowledge and set up 9 BBerry users/Verizon with our company email thru Outlook Web Access. Problems are no email deletion reconciliation and NO CALENDAR access. What gives? I hear I need expensive third party software to get these reconciliations? We do have Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and I can set up pop3 accounts but WHAT WOULD HELP accomplish what I want? which is email deletion and calendar syncing? Many thanks for all ideas in advance....:
