Does anyone know if the BES can work with a SQL cluster? We currently have the sql running on the bes and we wish to migrate it to our sql cluster for high availability.

We have SQL server and BES on the same box, unless you have tens of thousands of BES users I don't see the need to setup any SQL cluster system.

BES is not a MS Windows Cluster aware application so it will not be able to do a auto switcher.

Are you talking about Windows clustering or SQL replication? We have a windows cluster with a virtual SQL server, and failovers are seamless to BES. (As long as your BES on a separate box that stays up, as x14 says BES itself is not clusterable. yet.)

You cannot set up native SQL db replication, however, RIM does not support it. (At one time they did and then they took it away)
