Is there an option for e-mail so when you delete a message from my e-mail or my blackberry it deletes on the opposite?

Ok, then on your device, click on the Messages icon, then press the Menu button and go into Options -> Email Reconciliation.

Change the 'Delete On' to 'Mailbox & Handheld'.

This is not a retroactive change, but will keep deleted items in sync from now on.
