Have 9530 connected to our BES. Everytime I open up desktop manager 6.0, connect my blackberry to back it up I loose HTML email. All new messages are no longer in html and enable HTML is no longer an option in the email options area. The only way I've found to fix it is to wipe the phone, reassociate with the BES and go from there.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like you installed Desktop Manager incorrectly and it's stomping on your BES service books.

I would uninstall DM and then reinstall making sure you choose the BIS option and not the Enterprise or Redirector option.
