My 8820 has decided to stop responding to the message navigation shortcuts (p for previous, n for next, i for file, etc...).
Anyone have this problem before?
Tried a hard reboot and still no go.

Strange. Your hard reboot was a battery pull with the device powered on?

2nd battery pull did the trick.
Go figure...
