Hello...

For some reason, it says I have an attachment, but I don't have the option to open it...Can some person help me figure out what happened??...I was able to open them at one time, but don't know what has happened since...

Go to Options, Advanced Options, Aplications, and see if you have the Blackberry Attachment Service. The pull the battery...

I think I saw an Attachment application in the Core Applications, but I didn't see anything in the System Software...That's the only attachment file/anything I saw anywhere...I did the battery pull and still nothing...

did you delete that email from outlook? If it is no longer on the email server, you cant get the attachment

Also run the DM and make sure the Att. Service is checked, if you upgraded it might not be checked...
