Hey everyone... I currentely have a 7100T and have had nothing but problems with the phone part since I received it almost a year ago.. long story short they keep sending me refurbished phones and still can't get my phone to work well in areas where there is defintely suppose to be coverage.

My only option is to get out of my contract for $200 and go with the more reliable Verizon that I use to have, get $150 credit towards a new phone, or get down graded to a regular phone. Basically... Tmobile will not do much.

I was thinking of upgrading and paying a little bit more for the Sidekick... does anyone know anything about this phone? Main question: does it have the quick email service like BB's do? I have always used my yahoo and gmail accounts with BB without problems.

Any help or suggestions would GREATLY be appreciated. I need a working phone ASAP. Maybe someone knows of a more reliable phone.. I'm willing to get anything with the push email service...

The side kick is a toy compared to the BB from everything I have read in reviews and on here. There isnt a push email service I think its all pop mail

Oh really... all Pop mail. So that means you would have to almost dial up and not get it instantely, correct?
