When adding a phone number to the address book, how do i enter a PAUSE?

I think you do it with a "," (comma).

When you are at the spot where you want the pause just press in the trackwheel and pause is an option on the menu. I think each pause is 2 seconds. On some of my numbers I needed 2 or 3 pauses so the number didn't dial too quickly depending on whether I had to wait for voicemail prompts.

You can also use the Wait from that same menu or key it as ! That will give you a menu whe the bb gets to that point to dial it, skip that part, or cancel the rest of the entry. I have places that someone answers at times so I don't want the dial to continue.
