my list of contacts is no longer in alphabetical order. when I went to the trouble of creating groups and moving contacts back and forth to get them into order, a battery pull put them back in the wrong place. small, but it's driving me mad.

also-the little symbols my friends and I use (the heart) is showing up like this
< 3 instead of showing the actual heart.

anyone know what's going on here? I upgraded to .168 the other day but this didn't happen until today. any help is appreciated.

It could be possible that a required file for BBM got corrupted.. it may be resolved by reinstalling BBM but that you would have to re-add all your contacts which is definitely a pain in the butt.

You may want to try a few more battery pulls.. sometimes it takes more than 1 battery pull to resolve an issue.

Thanks for responding. I ended up moving to a beta OS and the issue resolved itself.
