Default small bump beside led light indicator???

Please Login to Remove!

hi all,

so i just got my replacement curve from tmobile and i noticed that on this one there is a small bump to the right of the led indicator. i remember on my previous one it didn't have a bump there.

anyone else notice this?

i am very picky when it comes to my phones being perfect and this one that i just got is absolutely perfect... no keyboard movement, no back cover being loose. unbelievable screen, just great.

it has production date 25/02/09

let me know if anyone else notices this bump on the top piece to the right of the led indicator.

thanks!

I am guessing you are 1st person to point out a bump near the LED indicator. No one before has raised this issue before.

that bump could have come from a very bad night of shore leave. you should have it checked immediately by a doctor.

Any chance that you could post a pic of the bump?

Wow! Total defect! Return it or get some Valtrex to control those breakouts! Lol!

Seriously, sorry that you got a bad one. I would not accept it. Take it back if you can. Just backup first!

Good Luck and let us know how it goes!

As long as your BB does not have drug resistant bug all is good.

Doc

Look at it as unique version!

I've got to say that this thread highlights the fact that certain BB 8900 owners seem to be among the most anally retentive people on earth!

I've read threads about loose back covers, wobbly keyboards etc.

I had to return my 8900 as it had a software bug that gave me half a screen of one app, and half a screen of another, which i think is a reasonable reason to ask for a swap.

My new phone has a keyboard that moves (as did my last one), and also a cover which has a small degree of movement. However, it works great and has made me a very happy 8900 owner!

Please guys, get a grip. There are many many very serious issues in our world today. I have to say it is embarrassing to read some of the 'issues' highlighted on this board.

A different perspective: my 15 year old son has an ipod Nano. It is battered with scratches and digs all over. However, it looks pretty cool in a distressed 'done a tour of duty' sort of way. It works 100% correctly. His phone is the same, and also works perfectly. 8900 OCDers, read this paragraph and consider it therapy

Peace
