I have had a pearl, and just "upgraded" to a curve but on my peal the ball got grey and I DON'T want this to happen again how can i clean it??? Or can I???

Rubbing alcohol and a q-tip is what I use then make sure its dry before you put it back in.

Evntually it'll get dirty no matter what you do. All you can do is delay the inevitable.

Or get a colored trackball that hides the dirt better.

100% ethanol + qtip works amazing

you need access to a laboratory to get the pure ethanol though lol

The BEST cleaning method is to buy pre-moistened towelettes from Baush and Laum (sp?). Get a 50 pack at the pharmacy, and clean the BB every few days, spending a little more time rolling the track ball with the towelette.

I had a Curve for more than a year, and I sear it looked brand new. I never had a sticky trackball...
