An end-user has a Palm Pilot and a Blackberry that uses with her laptop for synchronization with her Outlook profile. She has been using it this summer without any issues until last week. An incident occurred which caused the Contacts and the Events in her Calendar to double. Since she has synchronized with her Palm and her Blackberry since this occurred, the events and contacts have doubled on her Palm as well as her Blackberry.
To the best of my knowledge, the events and contacts would have to be manually cleaned out on at least one (either her Outlook client, Palm or Blackberry) since there is no version of the Outlook profile remaining without the doubling. Then the remaining two would have to be wiped and resynched with the manually corrected version.
Does anyone know a way around this without manually deleting one of the enteries then synching it again?
