I've lost the original CD for my T-Mobile UK 7230, so i have no sync software and application loader software at all.
Is this available online for download anywhere?

The Desktop Manager software is found on the RIM Support Download page at http://www.blackberry.com/support/index.shtml

Select the Service Packs link. Both 3.6 and 4.0 Desktop Manager are available.
