Hi there!!

Is there any way to tighten up the cover clasp on the bottom of the Bold? My cover is coming off by itself way too many times!!

Cut a business card in half, place it on top of the battery and snap the lid closed. That is what worked for me on my 8700 and 9000.

Unless the TOUR is the same as the BOLD, this thread doesn't apply. If it is the same model, I apologize!! But it doesn't seem to be the same cover latch mechanism....

The business card worked, I just cut it in half, put both of them on top of the battery, no more loose back cover!

Thanks, Dubdub, for your help! I really appreciate it! I was thinking I needed a new cover, and was getting mad at the planned obsolecence, if that's what's going on here with this Bold...

some bolds come from the factory with really lose backs... some times they barely stay shut, I dont know if its the door or the mechanism its self.
