I purchased this program online on Saturday and haven't received a registration code yet. The software author uses RegSoft.com to handle purchases. RegSoft provides a tracking number which shows the purchase as "unprocessed".

If the software maker reads this forum: this is a really cheesy way to do business. I actually could have used the program today to retrieve mail off a home computer from work. Please process my order.

I just purchased that program last night around 3 in the morning, and I had a code back within 30 minutes. Good luck, and the program is great!

Something had to have gone wrong with your order, maybe they did not receive it, when I purchased it I too had the code within 15 to 20 minutes. I would call up or resend the order.

Not sure what to say. Obviously something is wrong (although the order form went through no problem). I contacted the software maker and he basically told me to contact RegSoft. I have done so, however, I would think the software maker would be a little more interested in helping. Still waiting patiently. And, yes, it's a great little program, thus my extreme interest in obtaining it.

Registration key received today. No explanation for the delay, but whatever, it's a great app: surprisingly capable and quick.
