Trying to create a package for BES Manager for silent deployment via SCCM 2007 so that out helpdesk can link to the BES server

1. Is there a method for doing this ?. I notice with the Desktop manager software there's an option to customise setup.ini with the relevant answers so wondering if similar exists for BES manager

2. Better still is there a web applet that allows them access without the need to install software on each machine?

Upgrade to BES 5.
BlackBerry Manager has been replaced by BAS, which is a web-based administration portal.

Thanks I guessed the web admin might relate to a newer version - we are on 4.1.7

None that I have seen work successfully.
