my keep on rebooting and wont turn on. when i try to reload the software with loader, the loader stop at ("wait for device initialization") and it start rebooting again. any way i can get back up.

Was there anything out off the ordinary that happened or that you did prior to the problem?

Do you use a microSD media card in the BlackBerry? And if so, did you remove it and try again?

Are you using a USB hub, or keyboard or monitor USB, or similar? If so, use a USB directly on the computer and try again.

I put security on and yes i have a microSD and i try restart is without the microSD and still the samething.
