Is there anyway I can get my GAL to sync up in my Blackberry instead of having to enter people into the contacts portion of Exchange, and when I create contacts on the Blackberry, can I have it post them to the GAL? Or am I stuck with the contacts part of it? Please advise

Tried that, it isn't pulling anything from the GAL. My email provider is using BES 4. Any ideas? Please advise..

No, the look up function does not work. When I try to pull someone in the GAL it tells me:

Looking up <contact name here>
Look up failed.
