I have an e-mail message and two (2) messenger messages that will not delete. While reading the message, if I attempt to delete the message, everything appears normal but the message does not delete. I have powered my phone off/on, removed the battery while the phone was on and neither seemed to fix the problem. I have used the menu to Delete Prior and other message delete but not these 3. Any suggestions?

is your sync options "deteted items" box checked?

go to setup>email account>select email>edit>sync option>check delete items>save>reboot your device by pulling the battery for 30 secs
