Dear All,

Am facing a problem with my BB9780 after attempt to change device from 9800 to 9780 recently.

the change devise was success with the result 9780 hang and unable to open any folder nor application.

Later, wipe the 9780 and reload the backup data 9780 ealier.

the problem am facing are:

a. BBM contact appeared to adding me on both BB 9800 & 9780
b. Unable to received e-mail on BB 9780
c. The prompt notification of e-mail after carried out re-send service book & registered HRT are appeared in BB 9800

Any possible solution that you guy have in mind in order for me to salvage BB9780 back to normal.
