I have been tryin to access internet thru ma 8520, but every time it gives me an error "XML is not found" PLease help me to access net and surf the net.
Do you have a blackberry data plan? Not a cell data plan for standard phone.
Blackberrys require a specific plan to get to the internet or other data uses.
Another thought, XML error may be because he is on a corporate BES and is restricted. RIM does have info on this but points to it being a BES option/issue.
