Can someone please give me a complete breakdown of what every sentence means in there? I have to do some manual configuration to get BIS in Tanzania, the service provider isn't really helping

I want to know what everything means so I can attempt to fix this problem myself.

I know i'll get some 'dont mess with that page' answers but that I already know and I am aware that recklessness in that page will kill my BB.

Oh yeah its a BB Storm 2 9550. (Verizon Unlocked, SMS and voice work fine)

What problem are you having getting BIS to work? I doubt that you need to do any manual configuration, especially if it is a GSM carrier.
