I am new to both this forum and BES is general, I recently setup the BES but some of our users need to be in privileged groups hence the sendas is revoked. I have seen the article KB040707 and a possible workaround is editing the AdminSDholder.

My question is has anyone done this and is it a workable solution

I'd create another admin accounts for them rather then to have admin roles assign to their regular acct. But that's just me.

I agree, seperate accounts. We currently do that as well as former employers as well and it is best practice as well for security concerns.
