I have problem setting up new email account

I have only 1 email account when i get my device

Now whenever i click on email setup and choose web email it get back to the main screen!

I removed battery but no chance, i did device reset and still can not add more email accounts!

Any suggestions ?

I am not too sure I understand. After selecting the 'Setup' icon do you not see this...



What happens when you click on the 'Email Accounts' Icon?

You can also add an email account at BlackBerry Internet Service (Viva's web BIS login)
