Hi all new to forum,

My friend has given me his Blackberry 9300 3G as he has gone over to the dark side (iphone 4s) he has unlocked the phone from UK 02 network, I have inserted my sim Tesco network and can send and receive texts make a call, Tesco have said they will up grade me to blackberry services asap. My question is that i'm unable to blue tooth or use WIFI, is this because i'm not yet set up for Blackberry service or is there a software issue. TIA

WiFi requires the BlackBerry data service to be set up and be active. Then you will get the proper Service Books.

Bluetooth should not be related to not having the data service set up. What specific problem are you having?

Unable to send or receive via bluetooth. I have paired the device to my Daughters 9300 keep getting failed messages.
